All Blue Ribbon Mini Barns are built on your site by FIREFIGHTERS.  We are a family owned company since 1997.  We measure success in customer satisfaction not mass production.  We are more than happy to provide references upon request.  We have display barns that are available to see by appointment.  Our service area is approximately 50 miles or 60 minutes drive from Indianapolis, 46217.

 Materials and Construction

Blue Ribbon Mini Barns are built-to-order on YOUR lot.  Our barns are assembled board by board using quality materials and construction techniques.  We do not build mini barns out of pre-fab kits.

   All Barns Include: 

• concrete leveling blocks supported by in-ground concrete piers
  
• treated 4x4 runners
• treated 2x6 floor perimeter
• leveled on concrete blocks
• 2x4 framing (minimum)
• floor joists 12" on center
• wall studs 2x4 16" on center
• primed wood siding 
• primed wood corner trim
• standard 3-tab shingles
• heavy duty doors with 2x4 framing
• security door hasp ready for padlock
• 2 - 8"x16" gable vents
